Castillo de Sohail *

This fortress was built under the rule of Caliph Abderramán III in the year 956, on the remains of an ancient Roman settlement on top of a small hill near the mouth of the Fuengirola river.

Finca del Secretario *

Fuengirola is home to two important archaeological sites: the Finca del Secretario and the Roman baths of Torreblanca del Sol. The first is an important Roman villa dating from the 1st century. It consists of some baths, ovens and a factory. The famous Venus of Fuengirola was found here, along with some agricultural tools.

Playa del Castillo *

This beach is located at the foot of the Sohail castle. It’s accessible for people with reduced mobility, thanks to the absence of architectural barriers. The setting is magical, its gastronomic offer will perfectly complete your stay in this natural space.
